Quick Details of 3+3Pin Connector Male female
The 3-pin main power pins are made of large-section gold-plated copper alloy, specially designed to carry 15A high current and reduce heat loss; the 3-pin auxiliary pins are responsible for signal transmission, and reduce power interference through independent shielding design, adapting to the "power + signal" integrated connection needs of sensors, controllers and other equipment without additional connectors.
Optimize the current-carrying capacity for the needs of medium-power equipment. The contact resistance of power pins is ≤3mΩ, and the multi-strand twisted design enhances fatigue resistance, avoiding pin deformation caused by long-term high-current use. The supporting crimp terminals are annealed at high temperature, which are firmly connected to the wires, reducing the risk of joint heating.
